Our transaction-orientated asset management approach consists of strategic and operative components:
The strategic components encompass the development of investment strategies, business plans (including exit strategies) and dynamic cash flow models, as well as planning the implementation of the necessary measures.
The operative components consist in accompanying and guiding all necessary measures in implementing the investment strategy to the exit.
