In this object, which is situated in one of Berlin's most important shopping thoroughfares (near the Schlossgalerie), the commercially used front building was completely gutted and expanded by about 300% of office and retail area. The fittings encompass both the most modern office technology and an elaborate façade made from Bisazza glass mosaic. A modern office and commercial building was created with a separate garden house, which was once again made available for residential use after
