Jachimowicz Group Berlin

This residential and commercial building, which was partially destroyed in the war, was rebuilt afterwards, then comprehensively modernised in 2005/2006 and expanded by a penthouse office floor. Just as at its construction in 1910, the object is used commercially in the Kantstraße area, and residentially facing Savignyplatz. The entire object was equipped with the most modern technology such as KAT7 cabling, air conditioning, sound insulating windows and solar protection glazing. The modernisation was carried out with particular care in order to restore the original character, as can be seen by the preservation of the original façade, thus complying with the strict requirements of historic building protection.
