This building is a particularly representative historic stucco building. The original stairway, including the wood and marble steps and the marble columns, has been completely restored. Equally unique is the parquette and stucco work in the offices and residential units.

The building was completely modernised and extended by a new loft. The façade was restored to its original stucco façade according to the historic pattern. The result was a very luxurious residential, office and commercial building, equipped with the most modern technology.
