- Pedestrian zones

- Office, administrative and commercial buildings (also with residential share)
- Retail objects
- Apartment buildings with shop and/or commercial share
- Listed buildings
- Redevelopment objects
- Development property for office and commercial building projects
- Development property for city-centre retail projects
- Residential areas
- Parking garages
- Supermarkets and speciality stores (city centre only)
- Historic buildings suitable for division
