  • Preferably − also established, middle class − residential areas
  • Main shopping streets and regional service roads, city districts
  • Pedestrian zones

Types of Object:

  • Office, administrative and commercial buildings (also with residential share)
  • Retail objects
  • Apartment buildings with shop and/or commercial share
  • Listed buildings
  • Redevelopment objects
  • Development property for office and commercial building projects
  • Development property for city-centre retail projects
  • Residential areas
  • Parking garages
  • Supermarkets and speciality stores (city centre only)
  • Historic buildings suitable for division
