The modern office and commercial block in a premium location on Kurfürstendamm – directly opposite the property (currently undergoing refurbishment) 195 Kudamm andCumberland House – was completely modernised in 2010.

Within the framework of the modernisation measures, the reception area, stairwells and the office units available for leasing in particular were fully renovated. Through the use of high quality materials, an office standard was established here that is fully up-to-date in 2011, both in terms of technical and aesthetic characteristics. Further developments are set for realisation in 2011/2012, in the area of the retail units.
