BERLIN-STEGLITZ: RENOWNED GERMAN INVESTOR BUYS SCHLOSSSTRASSE 104
In the property, located in one of Berlin’s major shopping streets (near the Schlossgalerie), the front wing of the building, which is used for commercial purposes, was completely gutted and the office and retail space expanded by around 300 %. The furnishing and fittings include both the latest office technology and an elaborate façade of Bisazza glass mosaic. A modern office and commercial building resulted, with a separate garden house that has been made inhabitable again after renovation. The exclusive tenant in the retail and office space is Commerzbank AG.
In the third quarter of 2011 the developed property was sold by Prime Development Group GmbH, a subsidiary of the Jachimowicz Group Berlin, to a renowned German investor from Hamburg.
